POLICIES 

         Please arrive on time.  If you are late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your services.

         I appreciate your understanding of the cancellation policy.  This policy is put into place to protect both your time and mine.  If you need to cancel, I ask that you do so no less than 24 hours notice.  Failure to no show for your appointment will result in no future scheduled appointments.  

      I want nothing more than for you to be happy and satisfied with your services.  I ask that you please contact me within 7 days of your service for any changes that you may require.  I'm happy for the opportunity to make things right.  

      I offer exchanges on all product purchases. Its important that you have the correct haircare for your use at home.
